In fact, staff members who previously worked in ceremonial occasions or nursery schools were promoted to store managers within three months of joining the company.

As a result, so far three employees have advanced their careers to division managers and supervisors. Some have independent staff.

Four to nine new stores are scheduled to open this year.

≪About the shop staff≫
Store manager (full-time employee), shop staff (full-time employee) x 2 people, part-time job x 3-4 people. The shop is operated by 4 to 5 people per day. After joining the company, I started as a shop staff.
