• Orders placed by 23:59 on 4/27 (Thursday)
  →Shipping on 4/28 (Fri.), excluding reserved items

• ・Limited to immediate delivery products. Please be careful if you wish to specify the arrival date.
  ・If we receive a large number of orders and cannot ship them on the same day, some of them may be shipped after 5/1 (Monday).

Regarding shipment of luggage *2

• Orders from 4/28 (Fri.) to 5/1 (Mon.)
  →Shipping on 5/1 (Mon) and 5/2 (Tue), excluding reserved items

• ・Same-day shipping may not be possible depending on the pickup status of the shipping company ・Limited to immediate delivery products. Please be careful if you wish to specify the arrival date.
  ・If we receive a large number of orders and cannot ship them on the same day, some of them may be shipped after May 8th (Monday).

  → Shipped sequentially within 5 business days from 5/8 (Monday)

Regarding email and phone correspondence*4

• Both phone and email will be open as usual except for [5/3 (Wed) - 5/7 (Sun)] .
  Lines will be very busy when telephone support resumes, so it is expected that it will be difficult to connect throughout the day.
  Also, if we receive a lot of inquiries, it may take 1 to 2 business days to reply.
